Project Consultation
Join us for an online 20-minute online meeting. Let’s review the scope of your project, your goals, and specific needs.

24-hour Proposal
After our call, our team will discuss and get started. You’ll receive your tailored proposal within 24 hours, often the same day. It outlines the full scope, estimated timeline, and investment — so you can make an informed decisions without delays. A transparent, clear, and aligned with your expectations process.

Engagement
Once you accept and sign the proposal, you’ll be paired with a North America–based landscape architect or designer who will lead your project. They will work with our team to begin building out your deliverables.

Project Development
This is where the real work (and fun) begins.Our team of remote drafters, designers, and graphic artists, collaborates to create everything outlined in your scope. We use your branding standards and preferences to deliver work that feels like it came from your own office.

First Draft Presentation
Within five business days, you’ll receive the first review. During this live online presentation we’ll walk through the deliverables together. This is a collaborative process. We want to provide you with an opportunity to ask questions, request changes, and ensure everything is on the right track.

Revisions
Whether it’s minor tweaks or layout adjustments, we meet your expectations. Your project manager will work with you to ensure a fast and efficient turnaround.

Final Deliverables Presentation
We present final deliverables are ready we will create a video presentation to present your final deliverables and email it to you with all required files to complete the project.

Invoice
We send the final invoice once everything is delivered. Just like the rest of the process, we keep this simple, transparent, and hassle free.
